Returns & Exchanges

At Onia, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, affix the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
